Tunnel Song

As I Am Watching this Film, Occasionally I Loop a Splice of its Soundtrack
Another Film, 1:50:05: "Why are you crying? They aren't your memories"
and the Cicadas Fade Out and the Rain Sets in, Pouring
And then Occasionally I Delete a Loop to Make
Room for More, for 4:44:44

An inverted screening, not showing Jonas Mekas' 2000 film "As I Was Moving Ahead, Occasionally I Saw Brief Glimpses of Beauty", the projector facing the audience instead of the screen. The film's soundtrack is playing inaudibly quiet from the projector's speaker, little bits getting amplified and looped, laying out a new track for another film.

4h 44m durational concert / performance, starting at midnight until early morning. Performed once in Gießen, June 5 2026. Excerpts below.
